DOES SCS ACCEPT RETURNS?

ALL CANCELED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 2.5% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE!!!

This fee is automatically taken from us by the credit card processor as soon as an order is placed. Unfortunately, this amount cannot be recouped by SCS when an order needs to be canceled.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported within 24hrs. SCS does not accept returns after 15 days once the items have been delivered. No returns on blemished wheel orders, special orders, or sale items. Only new items that have not been installed may be returned. Returned items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for credit. Returns must be approved by SCS and shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Shipping cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances!!!

HOW CAN I GET AN SCS DECAL?

Just email us your decal request along with an address to vuth@scs-performance.com and we will send one your way!

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF WARRANTY?

IMPORTANT - CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNS AND REPAIRED OR REPLACEMENT PRODUCT(S).

STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ LIMITED LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY - STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ warrants to the original retail purchaser that STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ wheels will be free of structural, manufacturing, or material defects, if used under normal and intended use as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Invoice or bill of sale in the name of the original purchaser shall be evidence as proof of original ownership. This warranty is not transferable.

STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ warrants the factory painted finish on products for one (1) year from the original time of purchase. The warranty covers only paint cracking and/or peeling from the wheel. The warranty does not cover surface rust or pitting.

WARRANTY POLICIES - STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ sole discretion, without charge, any STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ product which is returned to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased, and which, after STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ examination, shows that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair and replacement shall not include installation. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: This is a Limited Warranty. Therefore, no warranties or representations expressed or implied, including warranties of merchant-ability and use for fitness for particular purpose to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal law allows. STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ products uses or applications. STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligations to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior hereto. STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage regardless of cause. STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ will not be responsible for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective part. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by anyone other than STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ will be binding by the manufacturer.

THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF - 1. The product is damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or has been repaired or altered by anyone other than STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™. 2. The product is used in conjunction with any hardware, adapters, etc., other than those supplied by STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™. 3. The product has had any repairs, modifications, or changes made by anyone other than STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™. 4. Products that have been subject to corrosion of the finish due to neglect, caustic cleaning chemicals, harsh car washes, adverse weather conditions and/or improper product care. 5. Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of title on any products by the original purchaser.

NOTE - All warranty returns that are reviewed by STEALTH CUSTOM SERIES™ and found not to be subject to warranty coverage will be rejected and returned without repair or replacement to the sender at their expense. Appearance defects will not be honored if: A. Damage occurred during installation or rotation. B. Damage caused from improper maintenance or improper cleaning agents. C. The wheel was sold as a “blemished” product.
