Shipping discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported within 24hrs. We do not accept returns after 15 days once the items have been delivered. No returns on blemished wheel orders, special orders, or sale items. Only new items that have not been installed may be returned. Returned items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for credit. Returns must be approved by SCS and shipping charges must be paid by the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping cost cannot be refunded under any circumstances even when there are delays caused by the shipping carriers!!!
